Fuel surcharge on every paid mile - both loaded and empty miles
Fuel surcharge is adjusted weekly based on the DOE National Average Diesel Fuel Price
Earn an additional $0.10 per mile on every mile over 2,400 each week. With the bonus, a 3,000 mile week at a base of $1.25 per mile will actually earn $1.27 per mile on all miles then we'll add the fuel surcharge.
Maintain a clean safety record and earn a bonus of 1 cent per mile for all paid miles during the bonus period. Safe owner-operators can earn an extra $1,000 to $1,500 or more per year in safety bonuses.

$2.930 - $2.989 pays $0.14 per mile
$2.990 - $3.049 pays $0.15 per mile
$3.050 - $3.109 pays $0.16 per mile
$3.110 - $3.159 pays $0.17 per mile
Scale shown continues up and down as shown in 6 cents increments.
From time to time, an owner-operator may run a shorter trip under 250 miles. These trips pay a higher rate per load mile.
200 - 249 miles pays $1.27
150 - 199 miles pays $1.29
100 - 149 miles pays $1.31
50 - 99 miles pay $1.33
1 - 49 miles $1.35
Detention: $25 per hour after 2 hours
Extra Stops: $25 per stop
Layover: $125 per event
Tanker Endorsed Loads: Extra 5 cents per loaded mile

We know every driver has a few favorite runs. We'll take the time to learn how you like to run and do our best to keep you on your preferred routes as often as possible.
We never force dispatch owner-operators. At the same time, because of the quality of our freight, it's very rare that an owner-operator refuses a load. We take the time to know which runs our drivers prefer and do our best to keep all drivers on their preferred runs as often as possible.

2+ years of recent CDL-A experience
Valid Class A license
25 years of age
No felony convictions
No DUI or drug charges
Excellent PSP and MVR
