While we specialize in getting our regional drivers home every weekend, we also need the ability to provide capacity to our customers 7 days per week, including weekends. With that goal in mind, we are looking to bring on drivers with the flexibility to run on weekends and stay out for about 12 days…or longer if the driver prefers.
All drivers will run in our normal regional network, so should the need arise for the driver to be home for an emergency, family event or doctor visit, just let us know and, in most cases, we'll have you home the very next day.
Staying out for two weeks or longer is optional. Driver are welcome to be home every weekend for a while then choose to stay out for 2 weeks or longer from time or time. Drivers are welcome to stay out much longer than 2 weeks as well. It's the driver's choice.
In addition to the normal pay structure, drivers staying out 2 week or more also earn:
2.5 cents extra on every mile
$50 for 34-hour break on the road
Extra pay shown here only applies during the period that the driver is out for 2+ weeks.
Drivers staying out for two weeks are consistently achieving 3,000 to 3,500 miles per week and earning 54 to 57 cents per mile including all applicable bonus pay.
Drivers on this program must run at least 4,500 miles during a two-weeks-out period to qualify for the 25-50 Bonus Pay.
